Cullen Endurance Performance provides remote running performance analysis services, including:
• Race Analysis (one-off purchase)
• Running Biomechanics Analysis (one-off purchase)
• Comprehensive Monthly Subscription (ongoing service including analysis and support)
All services are delivered remotely via video review, written feedback, and/or virtual communication.
No in-person coaching or supervision is provided.

2. Nature of Service
Services are for educational and performance enhancement purposes only. They do not constitute:
• Medical advice
• Physiotherapy
• Injury diagnosis
• Rehabilitation services
• Treatment of any condition
Clients acknowledge that recommendations are based on video analysis and professional judgement. Clients use all guidance at their own discretion and risk.
If you have pain, injury, or medical concerns, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any recommendations.

3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, clients confirm that:
• They are physically fit to participate in running activity.
• They have disclosed relevant injuries or medical conditions.
• Videos submitted are their own or shared with appropriate consent.
• They understand that performance improvements are not guaranteed.
• Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.

4. Payment & Acceptance
One-Off Services
• Full payment is required before analysis begins.
• Work starts once payment is received.
Monthly Subscription
• Fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Services are as described at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation must be submitted by email or through the subscription portal at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying for or using any service, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

5. Refund Policy
• Refunds are generally not provided once analysis has commenced.
• If cancellation occurs before work starts, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, delays due to incomplete client information).

6. Delivery of Service
• Race/Biomechanics Analysis: typically 3–5 working days.
• Subscription Feedback: ongoing within agreed response times.
Delays may occur due to workload, incomplete information, or unforeseen events.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Cullen Endurance Performance is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from implementation of recommendations.
• Clients accept full responsibility for their training decisions.
• Liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service in question.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where legally prohibited.

• Client data, including videos and personal information, is stored securely.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Data is used solely to deliver services unless explicit marketing consent is provided.
• Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.

• All reports, documents, and materials remain the intellectual property of Cullen Endurance Performance.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use materials without written permission.
