About Me:
I’m a runner with a long-standing interest in performance, movement, and what actually makes people improve — not just in theory, but in real races and real training.
I created this service to help runners better understand their performance by looking at how they race and how they move, and then turning that insight into clear, practical improvements.
Too often, runners including myself finish a race knowing it didn’t quite go to plan, but without understanding why. Others work hard in training but feel held back by inefficiency, recurring niggles, or inconsistency. My aim is to bridge that gap by providing structured, evidence-based analysis that gives runners clarity and direction.
All analysis is delivered remotely and tailored to the individual. Whether it’s a one-off race review, a biomechanics and efficiency assessment, or ongoing monthly performance support, the focus is always the same:
identify what matters most, explain it clearly, and apply it realistically.
I believe performance improvement doesn’t come from changing everything at once. It comes from understanding strengths, addressing key limitations, and making informed decisions over time.
This service is designed to complement your training — whether you coach yourself, work with a coach, or simply want a clearer picture of how you’re progressing.
If you’re a runner who enjoys understanding your performance, values thoughtful feedback, and wants to improve with confidence, you’re in the right place.
Thoughtful analysis. Clear direction. Sustainable performance improvement.
